Who will pick up Kordell this offseason?
We are paying AVP $1 Million- if we can get Kordell im here for vet minimum- why not?
He's got more experience, success, and is a better athlete than doughboy.
And isn't there a salary cap discount for vets who sign for the minimum?:baghead:

No Bill, Kordell wouldn't sign for the vet min anyway. And I wouldn't want him either, because he's a unhappy backup. He wants to be a starter.
And yes the cap discount for the vet min is I think $200K.

Eugh!!! Kordell is crap. AVP is a way better backup than him. Besides, like Mr. Miyagi said, he wants to be a starter. We don't need any cry babies on the team.

What everyone else said. Kordell can't read defences. A coordinator would have to design a dumbed down scheme just for him. Coordinator's have better ways to spend their time than designing offences for backups.

Kordell can NOT win the big game. He has always choked.
You can rely on AVP.
Lets stop this silly talk, right now.

I think Stewart is much better than AVP, and would be a great backup for change of pace if nothing else. Only for the vet minimum though.
Stewart might make a good receiver.

Whatever team he ends up on, i'm sure the center is really nervous
