They were beaten to every puck. Thats why they got scored on and thats why they couldn't score. They were beaten badly to the boards on both ends. This team is one of the faster teams around there is no reason for that to happen other that lack of effort, lack of heart, or fatigue.......or all of the above. This team has gotten away with winning close games on 20 shots or less throughout the whole playoffs. They need to quit taking periods off, play a full 60 minutes of hockey and start putting some ****ing rubber on these goalies. I agree with Ruff, its not all the defense's fault...we need to get in the attack mode even if it ends up in a shootout at both ends. A good defense is a good offense and that all starts by winning those battles along the boards. Time for this team to start wanting it a lot more than what they are showing.
