FA draft is not finished!!

OK. There are a small handful of teams that have not finished rounding out their teams. There will be subsequent rounds to come after the rookie draft. If those teams fail to fill there rosters at that point then I will declare the draft over and all players will be eligible on a 1st come 1st served basis and cost $500K.
