There are some fans here who are giving post game celebrations a bad name.
There is an area of town where most of the partying goes on. It's in an area where most of the bar hopping on the weekend happens. It has also been the central meeting area for the post game celebrations.
After every series victory the party has escalated. On Saturday they absolutely destroyed the strip smashing in shop windows, damaging bus shelters, wrecking phone booths and having bonfires inthe middle of the street.
Until now the celebrations have only led to minor damage to the area but the celebration on Saturday was way out of hand. Now the cops and city officials are looking to shut down the area.
Fans can be morons, but what do they expect when you serve alcohol all night and then let them onto the area full of adrenaline from the victory.
