A local long island kid. Graduated from my college Hofstra. A class act and classic underachiever. Outplayed bigger names like MeShawn in NY. Hearts the size of his, arent around in nfl much.

Are you sure you don't mean overachiever?

Maybe my favorite non-Bill. He deserves all the praise he is now receiving. Much like in the mold of Lou Piccone and Steve Tasker. Small guys who were contstantly told they'd never make it.

            I believe you mean Overachiever.

Chrebet was always a class act. What a great clutch receiver. I always considered him the Jets own Don Beebe. They both could take the hardest hits over the middle, and still hang on.

Good thing he got cut by the baltimore stallions of the CFL.

Ive got a box of Chrebet Crunch on one of my generic (non-Bills) display shelves. Don't remember why - think someone gave it to me and I kept it, because I liked the way Chrebet just shut up and played.

Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
