Huumm, 3 times. I wonder if he needs someone to watch him?

The troubled offseason of Cincinnati Bengals (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=cin) wide receiver Chris Henry (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=7259) has continued, with the one-year veteran arrested early Saturday and charged with speeding and operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI), the Ohio State Patrol has confirmed.

The arrest is the third since December for Henry, who was already facing possible league sanctions under the terms of the NFL personal conduct policy. Henry is also the second Bengals player arrested this week. Rookie linebacker A.J. Nicholson (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=7906), a fifth-round selection in the April draft, was charged Saturday with burglarizing the apartment of a former Florida State teammate.
Sgt. Kevin Long of the Ohio State Patrol said Henry was stopped on Interstate 275, on the east side of Cincinnati, at 1:18 a.m., after being clocked driving 82 mph in a 65 mph zone. Because officers detected the odor of alcohol, a field sobriety test was conducted, and Henry was subsequently transported to the Milford, Ohio police station.
Long said that Henry registered a .092 reading on the blood-alcohol test. The legal limit in Ohio is .08.

It seemed to me, that Henry was a promising WR as I watched him this past season. Too bad he's dumb enough to risk it all on stupid crap like this.

Henry's had problems going back a long way--to high school, if I recall. He had first round talent coming out of college, but a lot of teams shied away from him because of his character issues on draft day. Cincy got a good rookie year out of him, but this is a guy who just can't seem to learn from his mistakes. If I'm not mistaken, Henry is in the middle of a trial for one of his earlier arrests--how dumb do you have to be to get arrested while you are in the middle of a trial for a serious offense? Not good, not good at all....

But, it's not like the Bengals didn't know what they were possibly getting into when they drafted him.

He is a thug and always will be. He was the same way at WVU, when I attended there. I always read in the papers about him f'in up and how much of a pain he was. WVU basically gave him a chance there and he did well, but was never liked. he has great talent, just hasnt grown up.

Now a fourth time

Cincinnati Bengals (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=cin) wide receiver Chris Henry (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=7259), arrested on Wednesday for the fourth time since December, was ordered Thursday morning to avoid alcohol and all contact with minors during an arraignment in which the second-year veteran pleaded not guilty to three counts of unlawful transaction with a minor.

The stipulations were made by Kenton (Ken.) District Court judge Douglas Grothaus, a court spokesman said Thursday afternoon, as a condition of Henry's bond.
