All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Williams and Mularky both sent out "decoy" players to the huddle during time outs/tv time outs... only to replace them by the actual players. It NEVER worked!

In the 6 games that I attended last year, I paid extra close attention to the downs played immediately following a timeout... because I wondered if it worked... it did not.
maybe it was more a case of the team sucking last year than the fakery not working. Maybe if we had some decent blocking and the like, it might've worked.

Or...maybe we could think up every excuse in the book and not just call a duck a duck. It just hasnt worked here, Pride is right, we dont have nay playmaker who is worth having opposing teams attempt to make special matchups for. Its more than laughable.
COMING SOON...

I understand if 1 guy comes on, and 1 goes off... to run in the play... but at times we will have an entire offensive package (3-4 guys) come on/off. I've never seen another NFL team do that... at least as often as we do it!

Yeah, I think solid systems, good play calling and great execution generally win games. (Forward Lateral being a notable exception.) The constant use of trick plays and "fakery" are generally done by weak teams to cover their deficencies. Good teams use trickery very sparingly.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
