McNair's contract to pay $20 million in first three years

OMG are they going to be sorry, Mcnair will play a total of 10 quarters this year, max. He is the most injury prone person that always manages to get paid, amazing.

They were expecting him to break down last year. How is he going to hold up? He'll have like 2 great games and then bamm he's out.

You mean the same McNair that has been injured, yet played almost all of the time he was injured?? I don't have the numbers, but I'd be curious to see a comparison of the amount of times he's been hurt compared to how much time he actually missed. Either a tough guy or a stupid one, but I'm going to side with the him being pretty tough.

He'll play at least 10 games. But man, 20 million? That's way too much for an over the hill, never was that great quarterback.

Care to bet? If he plays more than two games you leave the board perminately. I say you should take the bet, and I am betting most of the posters here are hoping the same thing.

Baltimore defintely paid too much for him. He isn't worth 20 million over 3 years. Desperation calls for desperate measures though.

He will improve the team though. He gets injured but he plays through it. They should be able to battle for a wild card spot with him as the starter.

McNair makes the a whole lot better than boller.... he isn't any older than a bunch of other old farts on that team. They're goin for a superbowl run.

Everyone would love for you to take the bet, so take it. If you feel so damn sure McNair won't make it that long, back it up.

One day you'll learn but until then you keep repeating yourself, they have medicine for that now.

So by not taking the bet you are saying you were wrong.

No really what I am saying is I think they are overpaying for a guy that has accomplished little. He always plays or is hurt and $20M is too much for excuses.

What you also put in bold print was this 'McNair will play a total of 10 quarters this year max'.

now either stand by your statement or retract it.

Ok, he'll play 10 Quarters without some type of injury excuse. How's that?
