still in fair condition, up and walking around with family.
jaw NOT wired shut, alternative procedure used to repair jaw-soft diet, not liquid diet
repeat CT scan done as precaution and negative again for brain injury
also,not from the doctors but the newscasters, small chance he could be released tomorrow.

I bet he is dumb enough to ride again, just how soon is the question. If he was this defiant to ride without a helmet to begin with after so many told him not to do it, he will ride again.
