All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
With so many changes, front office, coachs and players, I hope they wear the throwbacks some games this year. I love them!

I think there is a maximum number of 2 games (could be 3) in which they can wear approved alternatives to their official uniforms, i.e. "throwbacks."
The throwback sentiment was popular among players last year, but they could not get league approval. The only option is to make them our official uniforms. I don't think that will happen for a while, especially considering Marv's probable sentimental attachment to the current helmet and logo and the fact that this all costs the team money that RW is not likely to spend. Changing logos is expensive.
The throwback jersey style is nice but the colors do not go with the helmet. Perhaps they could adopt the style, keep the colors and the current logo, and find a happy medium. I think that would look good.

Yes, making them our official uni is only a dream now, but I'd love it, it's who we are, not the money making scheme uni's that followed.

I think the throwbacks are the kind of thing that we should use for 3-4 games a year if we can. I don't want to go back to that completely. I like Stripey on the helmet better than the standing buffalo.

well what about blue Stripey with the white helmet???
I for one miss the Blue 90's unis.. I wouldn't mind seeing them again in a a game.
For the record i do buy the new style but loved the simplicity of the basic blue ones & the away white..
-It's the white one that kills me.. Why the gay-ass blue over the chest? Take that away & the fact that it's noticably heavier and i'm A-ok with it
I miss the 90s too,but I like the away unis we currently have and I think they look better than our current home ones. Id also take our current away unis over the 90s anyday.
