Truth be told, I was not thrilled when Jauron was hired even though I had the feeling that Marv and Wilson would like him. To me I don't care what kind of person he is, I care about the record. And that is something Jauron does not have.

So still I'm not so sold on him today as I was when he is hired by the Bills. Show me the wins!

btw, Jauron does not appear to me as the kind of specialists (offense or defense) we had before even though he's been DC most of his NFL career. So I guess we'll see his ability in finding the right people to lead his offense and defense.

Hey the guy might work out, but to do so there has to be a 180 degree change in his coaching. He has a losing record for a reason. What cracks me up is how marv made every excuse in the world for him.

'But I had a losing record too when I came here'. Yeah well marv you had the best damn personel guy in the game picking Kelly, reed, Smith, Thomas, Etc for you to coach. Can't screw up that much talent without working real hard at it. :rrich:
