If you look at the background of the case, it's obvious that she & her lawyers are just trying to make Strahan look bad for being active in gay rights in NY.

They saw their opportunity to make Strahan look like a homosexual that never loved his wife & cheated on her with his doctor for years so she can get a bigger settlement.
