I guess when Theo slipped by him to go to the Columbus strip club, that was it.
The Chicago Sun-Times did an expose of that incident, and related a funny tale. I guess the boys got out of hand and were being escorted out of the club by a bouncer. Right at the door, Theo took a swing at the guy. They reported that the bouncer grabbed Theo by the ears and rammed Theo's head into the bouncer's knee repeatedly.
