I saw that too. and I thought why are they putting him in the HOF when he is already there? It is perplexing.

he should have been in there as soon as the olympics were done.... to do what he did and not get in till now is unreal!

Cause the HOF is in Canada and Brooks is American. They held that against him.

Don't muddle the issue with facts. I'm sure Brooks is in American Hockey Hall of Fame.

Just one thing though. I didn't know coaching one miraculous team for a few months makes you a HOF coach. He didn't do much in the NHL from what I remember.

Herb Brooks is no Mario or Wayne. He isn't even close to Bowman.

Isn't Paul Henderson in the HOF?

He scored one freaking goal in 1972 and he's a God up there.
