I think its hillarious that people actually thought the Sabres would honestly try to make a play for Pronger.

The only players the Sabres will sign are cheap affordable talent with an upside. IMO that's not the way to improve upon the team that should of and could've won the cup last year.

Trhow in some high draft picks, and some derfenseman that I need to look at before I can make a comment about him, but he was drafted ninth overall in 2004, and it's not a bad deal. WE unload 6+ mil in salary too.
