I have a bet with a couple friends that if J.P. is the starter for every game this year that we will finish 8-8. Do you think this is accurate and if not what do you think?

seriously, I'll wait to see what I can tell from the rest of the team in preseason...who steps up at DT next to Triplett, how Whitner looks at SS, who gets the WR job opposite Evans, what the O-line looks like, how the TEs are incorporated into the offense, etc, etc.Comment

I can see us going anywhere from 7-9 to 10-6, he'd put up like 2,900 yards, 17 td's, and like 10 interceptions.

I'm not sure what our record will be, because I agree with Phil that our success will depend on a whole lot more that who's at QB.
But I am pretty sure that we'll win more games with JP than we would with Holcomb or Nall.Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
