I must request an apology for your Sabres logo article. I thought the snorting goat, or as others call it "the mad cow," was bad enough, but this new symbol looks more like a blue and gold version of the South Park character on Comedy Central "Mr. Hanky." This hideous rendition of a buffalo mocks the cherished history of the Buffalo Sabres franchise, the loyal devotion of Sabres fans and the blood, sweat and tears from some of our great players of the past.
The Sabres should bring back the old colors and logo, or they shouldn't do anything at all. To play games with childish, cartoonist bad renderings of what is supposed to be a buffalo does nothing to further the franchise, the fans or the great history of the Buffalo Sabres.
