Hello Shelby. I actually went ahead and started up our own petition. I got kinda in a rush sending out emails to various local media types and had to make sure I had something up there. I'll link yours up as well to our site as soon as possible. Glad to know I'm not alone in my hatred of that thing! Stop by and sign our petition! I made sure to sign yours.

Fix the Logo dot com is dedicated to uniting Buffalo Sabres fans who disapprove of the proposed logo design for the 2006-2007 NHL season. Our sole purpose is to give the fans a place to voice their disappointment, displeasure, hatred, loathing, and general disdain of this abysmal design.
Fix the Logo dot com is committed to embracing the history, tradition, and future of the Buffalo Sabres. We enthusiastically welcome the return to the blue and gold. But with that return, we believe that the original logo design, with its crossed swords and charging buffalo, must also return in some form as the Sabres' offical symbol. For too long, the team's namesake has been forgotten in favor of the raging buffalo head emblem. While we embrace this symbol and all of the success the Sabres have had with it, the team's name seems to have been forgotten. We believe that it is time for a reminder.

I think Sabres Zone should change the survey question on the front page and put a poll up about the jerseys. Move the poll to the top of the page, and let it run for a few weeks. Make sure to keep a pic of the slug next to it so everyone can see it for all its glory.

Easy way to rack up some hits on the webpage too, figuring lots of people will stop by and vote.

Invite people over to the forums for an official comment after they vote. Love to read some of them
