Without question, the thing that is making some of you homers look extremely STUPID is mocking and making fun of a “realist”.

Now if you were referring to a crew as a bunch of “Negative Nancys” or something like that, then it would be funny.

But when someone takes a look at a roster with THIS much turnover, that is young and mostly unproven, without even knowing who our QB is going into camp, with a RB who doesn’t care and a CB with an eye on the first day of free agency next year, and a LB who’s coming back from an injury that history says he’ll never be the same, with three big-named veterans gone, with a new head coach, with an almost entirely new coaching staf, with a 80 year old rookie GM, and a new defensive system, and etc etc…

And you try to mock a “realist” out to be STUPID because they don’t think the Bills will be good on the field this year, then you’re the one looking really dumb.

So either change the name of a “realist” to a Neg Nancy or something, because it’s really making you sound ignorant to bash anyone who doesn’t think the Bills will win THIS year.

I think you miss Thurm's point entirely. It isn't about being right, it is about having fun.

Thurm is having fun, and he doesn't understand someone who doesn't even seem to enjoy the team or games.
