If he would've taken it a little further to the sideline towards the end where he got tripped he would've made it. He ran right into the guy who tripped him. You can't blame him after all that running though. That was a hell of a play.

I feel had he made it to the endzone we would've won that game. That would've given us all the momentum going into the 2nd half.

I still dont understand why he didnt toss it to someone else when he felt himself slowing down and before he fell. There was like 4 or 5 guys waving to him that would have easily taken the ball from him and ran it in.

It's easy to sit back and say what someone should've done after it's over.

exactly

i mean the guy is an awesome kr and he deserves the props he gets but i wonder if he was a little selfish on that play. you know, wants to make the sportscenter highlight of the day, which he almost did

but you watch the clip and there are so many guys around him he coulda handed it off with zero risk for a certain td. i hate to bust on the guy but you cant deny it was a boneheaded lack of something to not score there

I love the way he splits the return D and accelerates up the gut when it looks like they've got him trapped along the left sideline. What a beautiful example of field vision and burst.

That is truly the story of the Bills last year.

A Kickoff return for like 700 yards, then 3 yards out he trips over his own guy.

did you see when he crossed the Bills' 40 yard line?

One of the Bills players came running in full speed to make a block, and he completely whiffed. Unfortunately I can't see the number in that small video.

I'm glad he just held the ball. Sure, he had a split second when he finally couldn't regain his balance to toss the ball. But I'm pretty sure he figured that he could at least stumble in, and I'm pretty sure that a lateral is pretty risky. Who can really say they are upset that one of our players didn't lateral the ball on the 3? And I have to think that our confused offense and lack of a run defense sums up last year.

Where's some video of the Bengals game???? :-)

That and the Chiefs game. Happy thoughts before the new season.

If that were Dante Hall, it would've been on SportsCenter for 2 straight weeks.
