Re: Bills sign draft picks Simpson, Williams
Good news. I'm sure, just as in years past, everybody beyond the first round will be signed before camp, including maybe even the late first-rounder McCargo. Whitner may take longer due to the slotting mind-set the league and player agents have.
We may have to wait a little bit for the domino effect to get rolling for the first-rounders before we ink Whitner.YardRat Wall of Fame

Re: Bills sign draft picks Simpson, Williams
Good job getting them for 4 years. Generally anyone drafted in the 4th round and beyond only signs for 3 year deals.
Philly started that a few years ago getting them to sign for 4 years. At first their draft picks didn't wanna do it but they bailed in to them and have ever since.
It used to be they all would sign 3 year deals. Some teams are getting 4 year deals out of them now.

Re: Bills sign draft picks Simpson, Williams
Great news!!! I'm glad to see both Simpson and Williams are signed. They both have a good shot at competing for starting jobs or at least more reps if they perform well in camp and preseason.
