Your 53-man Opening Day Roster

If you guys are really looking forward to training camp for the purpose of finding out who makes the final 53-man roster on Opening day, you don't need to bother anymore. I just got done looking into my crystal ball and I know officially know every member of the 2006 Buffalo Bills. IN fact, just to make sure I got this right, I placed a call to Skooby's rich friend, you remember him right? He's the one who is the topic of one of the most popular BZ threads in history, the one who claimed we were drafting Haloti Ngata.

Without further ado, here is your Buffalo Bills roster

I wonder if Royals is any good? I know Everett was decent in college, and I could see him making an impact in the NFL..

If he doesnt become totally injury prone he could be the second best receiver on the team, and Im' including all the WR's as well.

The Bills won't add any June 1st cuts? Or whatever they call it.

We already did the equivalant of that, throughout most of FA when it began, we just got on the ball a few months in advance..

You do need 5 RB's. You have 3 RB's, and 2 FB's.

That looks pretty good, but I think Hall or Neill makes it over Word at DE. I'll say Neill. I'll also say Aaron Gibson makes it over Jerman.

I would hate to see Wire go because he's such a great special teamer, but there just may be too much talent there. If Whitner progresses fast enough, Bowen may actually go. He's probably a better cover guy than Wire, but not quite as good on STs, and older.

Not sure about Burns going bye bye.. ANy tie in a backup role is going to go the more established special teams player, I think anyway.


And I also "think" if Jerman gets beat out, it wont be by Gibson.. It will be by McFarland, whom If I hadnt done this list in 10 minutes at work would probably be on there before Jermain to begin with..

I think you still only added up to 53 with the 7 LBs, so you can keep Ezekiel. Unless I counted wrong.

I think Posey stays due to the unknown nature of Takeo's comeback... plus, I want to see if he can hybrid into a DE (especially in this D). I really hope Nance stays... that means one of Redd, price or Davis would have to go (if they're that high on Aiken). Of those three, I guess it would have to be Davis based on SB$$. Otherwise, I agree.
