You can get a lot of house in Buffalo for $650 K. Beach cottages down here are double that.Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

I just moved to the NYC area and the price of living down here is freakin rediculous. That house would easily be a 3 mill$ home around here. My shed in my back yard back in Rochester would go for a cool 125,000K around here.
