Daniel Briere hasn't played for the Coyotes in three-plus years, but the one-time Phoenix center may have an impact on his former team this summer nonetheless.

An arbitrator recently awarded Briere a $5 million salary for this season after Briere notched 58 points in 48 games for Buffalo in 2005-06.

Briere's point and game totals from last season are similar to Coyotes left wing Ladislav Nagy's (56 points, 51 games).

Nagy didn't make an impact in the Yotes playoff run I see him getting 4mill.

Nagy is a good player, and will get a decent award from the arbitrator. However, Phoenix still has to worry about "All about the $$" Comrie next.
