Here are links to two articles for those who are interested in seeing the final results of free agency this off-season.
This first article lists all of the free agents by name and the teams that they signed with, categorizing them by which signed with new teams, which re-signed with their old teams according to whether they were unrestricted, restricted, transistion or franchise players.

Given the fact that the Bills attempted to sign two restricted free agents this past off-season, it is interesting to note that only four restricted free agents ended up signing with new teams. Of the 154 free agents that signed with other teams, only one transistion player, S.Hutchinson, signed with a different team. None of the three players who were franchised signed with new teams, although the Jets did trade J.Abraham to Atlanta which signed him.
