Larry Quinn said on Shred and Regan (last thurs)

one of the reasons for the new logo and not the old style one was because of the league wide change to different uniforms. He said it was proposed at one time (he was sure to say this isn't going to happen) that all uniforms would be tucked in. So he said that would change the way the Sabres would have designed their uniforms.

Tucked in? Sounds a bit fruity since whenever Max is on the ice his jersey exposes his equipment anyway.

They want to look more "presentable".

They'll be tucked in like they were for the olympics..little queer if you ask me.

Hey the NFL players tuck in they're jersey's and why do they do that answer so they don't get tackled as easily. The NHL is doing this to stop the clutching and grabbing imo. The NHL already stopped the hooking by calling penalties

The jerseys will not be tucked in, but they will be the tighter fitting jerseys like the olympics. The Sabres will be the first to use these. This is according to Larry Quinn on the radio yesterday morning.
