    The latest on Lebeau...

The latest on the Dick LeBeau situation is that the Bills still don't know if the 65-year-old, 30-year NFL coaching veteran wants to keep working or will retire. The Bills have offered him a yet-to-be-determined position on Gregg Williams staff. "If Dick comes -- and we certainly hope he does -- he's an addition to the staff," Donahoe said. "We have to create a job for him. There is no great urgency to do that. He's looking at some things and he needed some time and we'll give him that time. It doesn't have a timetable."

I don't care either. How much can he help? What will be his role?

                You're kidding, right?

If not, get some management experience then come back.
