I have the league set up. The draft is for August 29th at 7pm. If you can't make the draft or be a dedicated player all season and who won't quit then don't apply.
This will be the new HRL. It will be a 10 team league and the entry fee will be 2,000 ZB's.
Send me your ZB's and I will review who it is. If I don't want you I will send your money back to you. If I want you I will then send you the regestration information.
The draft order will be a random selection from Yahoo so nobody will complain of any conspiracies.
