I have this weird feeling that Philly is going to lose.

I like Madden and I think that they waited too long to induct him. He should have went in no later than the early 90's. IMO. I think the Raiders win but not by much. A FG or less.

I like Madden please tell me you mean as a coach...the guy's one of the worst analysts in the game...not from a knowledge standpoint...but from the way he drones on and on about stuff that's obvious...to anyone who's seen even one football game :ill:

I don't know why, but I just like him. I liked him as a coach and I like him as an announcer. He just says some funny things that make me laugh. Kind of like Larry Merchant when I watch HBO boxing.

How many Bret Favre or Tedy Bruschi references will there be?
Philly in a squeaker 19-13

Philly 48-35 OAK

I want a big scoring game, but in all seriousness

17-14 Oakland wins, McNabb is only going to play 1-2 series they have no WR depth (esp with Brown hurt) I dont think Westbrook is going to make a huge difference, OAK has QB depth, WR depth, and RB depth...I think OAK wins a tight one.

my prediction for the game is that we will see plenty of bad football after the 1st quarter when the starters hit the bench and all the rookies take the field

Ditto!!

Could always use the mute button, and announce the game yourself..

Did anyone hear Al Michaels during the pre-game? He said something like its a new year, every team is 0-0, why shouldn't they be optimistic.

I guess Al wasn't talking about Buffalo though.

7-0 Philly. Westbrook is looking good.

Madden is rather subdued tonight.

I predict that I won't care who wins and probably won't watch. 100% right so far!
