I started this thread to let you all know where to sign up, and to discuss league settings. Please continue using the other thread to let us know who's signing up.

Draft is live on Yahoo!, currently set for Monday, Aug 28 6:45pm Eastern Time. This can be changed (open for discussion), but I had to pick something during the setup procedure, and this sounded as good as anything.
For now, I have all the standard settings (including ten teams), with one exception: Fractional Points are being used. I've been in leagues that don't do fractional points, and it's ridiculous the number of ties, and W-L effect. (If you've ever lost because someone got 99 yards instead of 100, you know what I mean.
)
Of course, everything is open for discussion. Feel free to voice your opinions/suggestions here. That's why I started the thread.
Here's a conversation starter: Do you think Nov 17 is too early a trade deadline? I think that's only week 11, or so.
