    Look at it this way...

Assuming JP gets the nod next week, which is basically what Jauron said...

Now granted, this is preseason, but IMO JP has a much better chance of being impressive at home against the 28th ranked defense (26th passing, 20th rushing), than Holcomb does in Carolina against the #3 defense in the league (9th passing, 24th rushing).

Using the type of 'logic' some people use around here...

[sarcasm] one could make the argument that Holcomb is being set up to fail... [/sarcasm]

I can't wait to see all those 2 yard outs on 3rd and 8 in the 1st quarter.

At least his completion % will look stellar, not to mention all the extra work Moorman gets in.

Amen Night Train. At elast we will get to see what McGahee can do catching the ball. They should leave Evans in for when JP plays because god knows he wont get any action with Holcomb back there.
SUPER MARIO PLEASE COME TO BUFFALO!!!!

Its pure crap. he is hoping Holcomb does well then just names him the starter outright.

Not unless Evans puts on a #80 jersey and dives into the turf after a 3 yard gain.
