D ick and the boys will first evaluate play vs Panthers and Bengals.

Then, on Thursday the 24th, they will name the starter for the Browns game.

I hope you're wrong about the timing, but that may very well be the approach Jauron takes, especially considering Nall's been a non-factor because of his hammy.
