has a stronger arm than I remember him ever having with the Bills.
I wonder if the Bills had stayed with him if he could have developed into something decent.

Good question...but as I remember he seemed to have that "deer in the headlights" look about him all the time. He wasn't exactly given much of a chance to succeed in Henning's 2 TE base set offense with no decent TEs on the roster.

I knew it was a matter of time before a thread was started on him, hes looked atrocious tonight.

I sincerely doubt it. He's a 3rd stringer at best.

He's made a couple of decent plays... it's not helping that he's getting no running help at all.
Still, I'm not saying he would have been good, or even competent, but have the Bills had really competent quarterbacking play at all (other than Flutie 1998 or the first half of 02 with Bledsoe) in the last ten years? They cut the cord on him awfully fast.

He made it to the first round of cuts in 98...couldn't beat out AVP for the 3rd string spot :idunno:

Very doubtful. He's been in the league for 12 years and hasn't been able to do anything but hold clipboards. If he had anything under the hood, it would have shown by now. He's a bust.

Todd Collins has it made! How many years has he just been standing on the sideline holding the clipboard and getting paid millions? :$:

Well, we should have played him for at least 32 games so he could break in.

If he had a complete noodle arm he wouldn't have been signed by the chiefs when vermeil was there.
