    Deal CLOSE with Chidi Ahanotu!

I just read this on Billsdaily.com! And guys....he's looking for a house. Hmmm. Maybe it's more than a one-year deal.

Ahanotu's Agent Says Deal Close: The agent for Chidi Ahanotu confirms our earlier report that the Bills are seriously looking at his client to shore up the defensive end spot. Ahanotu was in for a workout yesterday and is looking at houses and schools in the Buffalo area. He has interest from at least four other teams but his agent says a deal with the Bills is close. The team would like to pay him the veteran minimum of $750,000.

It sounds pretty good. I wasn't that worried about a DE until last week. I honestly think one year would be enough...just some veteran experience for a year until the youth on this team is ready to play.

We just need a filler for a year or so, anything after that would be a veteran backup

Seals earned that nickname in college but he didn't live up to it in the pros. He was a decent end, though.

Did you engage in activities that shrunk your brain down to that size or were you just born that way? Just curious.

Don't forget about Shawn Price. Yeah, I know he's no Sam Adams, but he will be an experienced DT who, if healthy, will upgrade the line, and he's about all the team can afford.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
