    Winning helps, but...

who ever said putting big names on your roster won't fill the stands?

NOTES: Many of the fans were late arrivals because of traffic jams on the surrounding streets. ... The Cardinals sold out a home game for the first time since Sept. 24, 2000, against Green Bay. They are sold out for the entire regular season. ... Leinart is the only first-round draft pick unsigned. ...

The biggest reason they have sold out is their new stadium. I don't know if you have been to a game at Sun Devil Stadium but it is like hell. New stadium, retractable roof = no heat exhaustion.

Yeah... -10F and blizzards are like hell but you don't hear us complaining... and our team has been on par with the Cards as far as sucktitude.

So you think the signing of guys like Edge and the drafting of a guy like Leinart has nothing to do with it?

Or the fact that they have the best WR tandem in the NFL?

If their stadium opened next season, they would have had regular crowds.

When they opened Rich Stadium in 1973, the same thing happened for the first preseason game. 80,000 sold out seats and traffic nightmares.

Leinart and James had nothing to do with it.
