I was at my cottage in Canada where we have no tv or radio reception and no internet... So I had no idea what was going on with the game on saturday night..
So Sunday morning I got in my van and drove the mile out the dirt road, the 5 miles out the twisty-turny access road and then the 2 miles up the tallest mountain so I could pick up the staticy-barely audible signal from WGR to get some hint at what happened..
I about jumped out of my car when I (barely) heard that Jelly Holcombe threw the pick for a touchdown and JP had a solid game.
Being a fan is such hard work :)
Then I drove back to the cottage to enjoy the fishing and sun, feeling better about our QB situation then I have in MONTHS!
