    Zach Thomas available next year?

"The Miami Dolphins, trying to get under the salary cap, likely will not be able to give All-Pro linebacker Zach Thomas an extension, the Miami Herald reported on Friday."
Maybe they should just cut him outright and let us pick him up...

He doesn't have a lot of years left in him.

The whole Miami D is severely overrated.
Argue like hell. Keep it clean. And when it's over, shake hands and root for our team!

I'd be hard press to pass on Zach Thomas if he says he'd play for us for $1 million a year. Still better than bringing back Bruce for a year.

Although I'm not so impressed by his acting skills, like in that football game commercial (what was that PS2?)

Fletcher is younger and more athletic. Zack has great instincts and football smarts but he's definitely on the downside of his career. I wouldn't mind at all making him my linebackers coach in a few years though.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
