NFL.com:

The AFC East has gone through many phases over the years. In the 1980s, it was known as a quarterback's division, with Dan Marino, Jim Kelly and Ken O'Brien -- all members of the celebrated Class of '83.

In the 1990s, the Buffalo Bills dominated the division, forcing the competition to counter by hiring heavyweight coaches -- Jimmy Johnson (by the Miami Dolphins) and Bill Parcells (by the New England Patriots and New York Jets).
And now?

Kind of sucks that most of the coaches in the division are mirror images of each other(in terms of style and system). I guess you could say we copied NE in siging Saban and NY copied us in signing Mangini. Defense is going to dominate for a while in the AFC East.

Like the direction we're headed. At least this staff has a plan. Not sure how we'll do this year but as long as we are making strides towards the right direction, it's all good.

Just hoping your fins will do worse than advertised. Hoping Saban is another Greg Williams meaning they're only meant to be DC's. :D.

Doing well, just a lot of running around.

I think the Fins will be better then last year, but we need Cullpepper to stay healthy, and the secondary scares me!

I have not been watching what the Bills have been doing, barley have time lately to see what the fins are doing!:candle:

Well, that was a whole lot of nothing. Seriously, that article just told us who the coaches were...

Oh well, I still enjoy reading anything on the AFC East. :)

I think Rich Cimini is just a Belichick lover. "Obviously, it's the Patriots' time, with three Super Bowl championships in the last five years"

Obviously? IMO, and although I wish it were the Bills, Miami will crush them this year. Bubbye Belichick! :bigwave:

I'm starting to like the fact that the media is selling us short.

They've been doing it off and on for the last 5-6 years - I have a feeling we're about due for a major turnaround. I hope Levy and Jauron make Belichick cry like a french whore on a friday night.
