"We probably won't see much of Kelly this week because we need to see more of Craig," said Jauron in reference to Saturday's preseason game with Cleveland. "Between J.P. and Craig they'll probably take most if not all of this game."

Looks like Holcomb has been reduced to the Scout team.

Holcomb has not done enough in practice to earn playing time in games. Nall is an unknown so they probably want to see if he can handle the back up duties. Like I said yesterday I don't think Holcomb will make this team unless Nall looks awful against Cleveland.

Good move by Jauron. They know what they have in Holcomb, time to see what Nall can do.

Right. Who wants a "career backup" as backup on this team. As soon as JP dives head first into Junior Seau, I want to see what Craig Nall can do!

Not going to happen, JP is the starter. Nall wasn't up to JP's speed before the hamstring. He is a backup just like Holcomb, the only difference is youth and a better arm.

I really don't hate KH at all, I just hope he becomes the starter for one of our divisional opponents.

I would love to see Holcomb get cut just so every stupid person in the media can understand that London Fletcher isn't a reporter with an inside track. Big difference between watching highlights and watching games.

With that said I really doubt that we cut Holcomb. We don't have a third string QB and I don't know of a team in the league that doesn't go with 3. I think it happened once a few years ago, and whoever the team was of course lost both QB's and they had a punter playing QB to finish out the game. YOUR PUTTING THE KAVORKA on the Bills without three QBs.

Losman was not playing better than Nall when Nall pulled the ham. I don't know where you get that from. It's true that Nall hasn't practiced much, but what practice he has done since the last three day minicamp has been excellent. And , until someone is named the starter it is a competition. Right now the competition for starter is between Nall and Losman. After this weekend there could still be a competition, or somebody could be named the starter. I think if it's this week that odds are that it will be Losman. If it goes to week 4 then odds are that it will be Nall. I think the tables would be turned and then Nall would start the game with the ball in his court.
