    Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis is saying it and his assistants are, too.

    Attitudes in the locker room must change for the Bengals to get turned around.

    "The players need to develop some urgency about their play," tight ends coach Jonathan Hayes said at the NFL Combine. "We need to get them out of the mind-set that everything is about them. They need to understand it's about the team, and when they put themselves second and put the team first, we're going to be a whole lot better.
