Not a surprise. Matt Bowen is hurt and now can't compete for the position. And there is no way Coy Wire or anyone else would even come close...

Good. The sooner we get talented young guys like Whitner in the starting lineup, the sooner we start becoming a better team.

Start Simpson as well. Get a jump on the future. Then work Hunter, Ezekiel, and Ellison in there. And Youboty.

for a S to be the #8 overall pick, he damn well better be good enough to start.

What's the deal with Bowen's injury anyway? I liked what I saw from him against Carolina- at the very least he's good depth.

I can't agree. Players like Youboty and Simpson might be harmed more by starting them too early. Let them learn for a while behind guys like Nate and Vincent before starting them.

I'm thinking Whitner got the nod more because of Bowen's injury than anything, but I hope I'm mistaken. If only he would of caught that interception.

What?! We need a competition where they get equal reps. The Bills can give us a summary of their play in the two remaining preseasonb games and then let the fans vote on who should be the starter. We know best!
