it's a skewed statistic. When teams get a lead, they run the ball to protect the lead. They run because they're winning- they don't win because they're running.

Better yet, get 11 turnovers.
Very high % of winning after about 8.

better yet... score more points then the other guy. 100% of teams scoring more points win the game.

But it is a skewed statisitic. Teams taht run the ball well and pass the ball well and play good defense are winning more games then teams that dont.

That's whay it boils down too. If you think about, can you remember many games that WM did well that we lost?
