All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

Re: Comparing JP's 2005 preseason with this preseason
Thanks for the research, I was wondering the same thing this morning just to see the comparasion, but watching the games is really the true indicator, JP looks poised and the game has slowed down to him, I just wonder where he would be with another 1/2 dozen starts he should of had last year.
Re: Comparing JP's 2005 preseason with this preseason
Thanks for the info, Spikes...I was wondering the same thing myself. The stats, although we all know they don't tell the whole story, are somewhat of an indicator as to how JP has progressed.
I still maintain, however, that yanking him last year was the proper move, and may turn out to be more beneficial than leaving him in for the full season. You toss someone in the deep end before they're ready and declare sink or swim, if it's obvious they're going right to the bottom of the pool you gotta pull them out before they drown so they at least get the chance to try again.
