    Skooby's real season variables

We are playing 7 equally confused and less talented teams so we lose over half of those games and bring no game for the other supposed "better" teams? You really cannot say who will be good this year, via injuries and other variables. Look what happened when donovan went down last year, the eagles crashed. They we're picked to win the SB and they got to draft pretty high great D-fense and all. Tom Brady gets hurt / Daunte C. has complications or get's reinjured do you then toss the division towards them? I figure that either Miami or NE fall down and we start a winning trend here, maybe earlier than everybody thinks.

13-3, home field advantage throughout the playoffs.

    Say:
    3-3 in the division
    3-1 against the NFC Norris
3-3 against the rest (beat Houston, Tenn, and Baltimore)

9-7 is doable. 10-6 if we can go 4-2 in our division.

This is the easiest schedule we've had in years.

See what pisses me off is if this OL were any better, and this D had a REAL LDE....we go 9-7 this year and a possible playoff spot. Problem is this OL can't block a pack of mal nourished school girls in the run game and our D can't seem to slow down opposing teams Starting offenses. ALL of which puts too much pressure on the QB position, which AGAIN THIS YEAR, will be blamed solely for the teams issues.

Easiest schedule we have had in years, We are going to suprise Miami and have the Jets and Minnesota at home. I consider neither of those teams championship caliber, nor are they going anywhere, 3-1 in the first 4 games.

I actually think that come the reg. season, we get way better blocking than we have seen. Willis had some big holes the previous week and not as many sat. We we're trying some new things out and changing it up, this was not a tune up game and a show game for fringe players, those players are now gone or going to have one more shot at showing something this week, that's all the players who are basically going to play.

I'll be happy if they win 5 games
