Agreed, I honestly believe Lee will have 85 to 100 catches this year....He really is JP's security blanket and he looks for him at least twice on every play.

Sweet but all the realists will say 2-14 and 3-13 after their analysis. We get the easiest schedule in 5 years and are going to get killed by weak teams, not.

These are useless stats as most teams dont play there starting QBs for 3 quarters!!! Seeing that report is absolute BS because thats bragging your 3rd place behind the other teams backups!

Although I like seeing Losman there, it means nothing going into the regulary season when the real starting QBs play and it DEFINATELY means nothing if your not going to win us a game!
          That proves NOTHING about Losman

BTW, JP and Evans hookup are looking better and better. I agree with that.

WOW! You need to do some research big guy.
How do you like this stat...

                  Tom Brady - 3 g, 54 a, 35 c, 64.8%, 404 yds, 7.48 yds/a, 1 td, 0 int, 93.4 rating
                  JP Losman - 3 g, 57 a, 37 c, 64.9%, 464 yds, 8.14 yds/a, 2 td, 2 int, 87.0 rating

Wow. That is a BAD COMPARISON! JP Losman hasnt proved anything yet to be compared to Brady. You wanna know comparisons, Brady has played 4 quarters and 1 series(opener he played only 1 series going 3/4). JP has played roughly 7 1/2 quarters. The Pats are 2-1 we are 0-3. My initial post was saying that JP has played alot this preseason. Im almost certain JP has the most playing time of ALL the QBs so far this preseason. Playing time = more chances. Most of the starting QBs have only played 4-5 quarters at most. Indy's P.Manning has only played 4 quarters.

Add that in the mix and I can really see Indy's QB sucks cause hes only 9th. LOL.

we should compare JP stats to Chad Pennington or qb's that have had to share snaps at camp because of competition.

Regardless of how much time these guys have spent on the field, Brady has 54 pass attempts while Losman has 57. I'd conclude then that both have had relatively equal opportunities... While JP has a better completin %, more yards, more yards per attempt, and more TD's.

Being that you stated that JP isn't compared to staters in preseason stats... I thought I'd show you how he compares to last seasons best NFL QB. Your point, like you, is insignificant.

PS... Where'd you find a source that tells you how many quarters/series QB's have played. Shooting from the hip is a good way to get yourself killed.

Arguing is USELESS. Im glad JP has good stats. But good stats only mean so much when your team is 0-3 and isnt looking to win a game soon.

Your right. JP has better stats there. But dont you think if Brady played 7 quarters his stats would be ALOT better? He'd have more pass attempts, more completions, more TDs and probably more interceptions.

Being that you stated that JP isn't compared to staters in preseason stats... I thought I'd show you how he compares to last seasons best NFL QB.
                          I hate Brady.

I did the math. knowing that Brady played 1 series in game 1, 2 quarters in game 2 and 2 quarters in game 3, I concluded he has played 4 quarters and 1 series. Peyton Manning has played 1 series in game 1, 1.5 quarters in game 2 and 2 quarters in game 3. So there isnt any hip shooting there. Thanks though.

Yup... I guess you're right... Preseason stats are worthless. I sure hope the coaches make their decisions on who to keep by gut feeling... It sure would be a shame if they relied on something real... LIKE STATS FOR INSTANCE!!
