    That's what I thought

I've realized something not many people share my optimism for this season

    In what sense?
If you mean feeling optomistic, and that a rebuilding season will still be an improvement over last year, then yes, i share your faith!

A part of me will always make a 19-0 prediction every year...and I'll always pick the Bills in the pick 'em pools....even if I don't think we realistically have much of a chance to win

as far as upsetting the Pats- if the home game against them wasn't right after the bye we MIGHT have a shot- at least as good a shot at beating them as we've had in 3 years. But no one beats Bellicheck after a bye.

As far as the division- not a chance. This team was 5-11 last year. They have new systems and lots of youth on both sides of the ball, and they START the year with 3 division games- which means the learning curve comes into play at the worst possible time.

So what you are saying is that we should just expect the Bills to never amount to anything. No offense but I cant accept that kind of failure!!!

um, you have the complete wrong idea.

The reason I'm so negative about this team is because I don't think the moves this team has made are good enough to translate to wins- at least not this year. I see a lot of people making excuses for players and moves that just aren't good enough, and it drives me nuts.

It's possible. I have alot more faith in ths team and it's coaching staff than the last 2 years. But 7-9 wins translares to success!!

You can't expect the bills to rebuild in one year. Not even BB first year was a playoff run. It drives you nuts? How do you think we feel when all you do is post that the bills suck? There aren't a whole lot of positives when it comes to rebuilding, but the little positive that's left, you always piss on.

If my posts make you miserable, why do you continue to read them? You let other people get to you- grow a sack.

And if you're not miserable about this team, then you're not paying attention.
