I don't know if I agree with this premise because teams always scour the waiver lists looking for upgrades. The draft this year was especially deep, and some rosters of contending teams are going to be forced to cut guys, who can play! I'm watching for DE Eric Henderson in Cincinnati as a possibility and NT Tommy Jackson from Atlanta. Michael Haynes in Chicago could shake free as a veteran DE for the Bills to look at. Other candidates here....It's a rebuilding year, so why NOT!
