I think the deadline to announce the cuts is 6 but i still don't understand what is taking so long and by the way do you know what the penalty is for not cutting your roster down to 75 players and then 53?

I think it's a pretty hefty fine...but not sure the dollar amount. I swore it was 4pm ET...maybe I'm wrong.

no your right players have to be cut by then but in the DC it said the deadline is 6 so I assume that is the deadline to announce your cuts
