Cuts probably are not final since Bills will look at those other teams cut especially those by AFC East rivals who may have knowledge to bring.
None of the cuts advocated by rabid vocal posters who think they know more than professional football people got cut (i.e. Wire, Shaud, Holcomb).Comment
