I want to hear how great the ESPN homers think the Phins are going to be now that they just got beat by a team being led by Charlie Batch.

Wow.

Wait, the Bills still have to play their first game correct? And have they went up against Miami yet? There's a lot of talkers before two of those things have happened yet.

who the hell said anything about the Bills?

your team just got owned by a 3rd rate backup!

and their defense is making your team look like a bunch of punks!

It's only one game.

It's only one game.

That is correct but hopefully this is a preview of things to come for Miami. :D

Yeah... an embarassing one.

Problem is, nobody is expecting the Bills to be good.

Everybody is counting on the Phins to win the division or at least make the playoffs. They got beat by a team led by Willie Parker and Charlie Batch. They are making the Steelers D look like the 85 Bears (thanks Mularkey for proving why you are worthless!)

If we must bring up the Bills... I'll take my chances with Losman, McGahee, and Evans.

Yeah those 2nd string QBs can sure be a pain, right?

Culpepper sure didnt look good at all tonight.

Maybe in years past... but now that Mularkey is on the Phins staff, I'm not worried about getting embarassed by the likes of Sage Rosenfels anymore.

Look for Mularkey to pull him after the 3rd week. I heard that Jeff George is available.

Dude the Miami line has to be as bad as ours, Pitt abused them the entire night. And Culpeper appears to be picking up where he left off pre-knee explosion.

And I can most certainly see Mularkey has helped a ton.

I think I saw Singletary and Ray Lewis out there.

or how about an 87 yard TD pass.... to the freaking TIGHT END!

Call it an excuse, but even with Batch, a lot of you guys act like we lost to some NFL Europe team. We get beat by the Super Bowl champs, who only allowed one 100 yard rusher last year, and we're competive for most of the game. I would've taken the win, but if not, I'll take this as second place.

I have no doubt that if Big Ben played tonight, Miami would have lost by 21 points or more. :snicker:

They looked horrible! Their defense is really crappy, especially their secondary. And Culpepper is a choker! He's missing his buddy, Moss. :D

It's a new season. Last year doesn't matter.

Super Bowl champs or not... you lost to a team with a QB who got shipped out of Detroit...... DETROIT!

Enjoy suffering through 17 weeks of hell with the worst offensive coach in the league.

Culpepper definitely choked.

But it was a night road game against the SB champs.

The 2005 Bills played a night road game more competitively against the defending champs than the almighty, playoff bound, 2006 Dolphins.

maybe they can put the 2005 bills in the playoffs retroactively!

What 2nd string QBs?

Losman's a starter now pal - you better get used to seeing the Losman to Evans connection - something tells me there's a new fishkiller in town and his initials are L.E.

I wasn't talking about Losman, ask others who I was alluding too. It was a certain game where a starter got knocked out. But it is a bit funny that I said 2nd string, and you automatically thought I was talking about Losman.
